This one day, in person workshop is open to those who are interested in deepening their connection to their bodies through somatic work, creative arts and nature based practices.

Space is  strictly limited to allow participants to connect deeply to themselves and give opportunity for discussion.

Experiential activities will be used that will provide participants with tools to support their nervous systems outside of the sessions
